UPDATE: I am currently working on my 1st modular MOC build. It's an outdoor bar, pizza and wings retaurant designed to be a centerpiece for a modular city. This build has a wrap around outdoor bar on the ground floor and an the restaurant is on the 2nd floor.
I'm loving how this build is turning out! Everything is falling into place perfectly. The ground floor is almost finished. Next is 3 awnings and lighting. This build so far is 3,194 pieces.
